So, at work, we have been really slow customer wise, but really busy inventory wise. This means I get to chat with my co-workers about stuff while we process all the things for people to browse and buy. I love these conversation times. My three favorite ice breaker weird questions (this week): 1. (I want to thank vsauce for this one) You are on a jury. The defendant is on trial for murder. The facts: an alien from Mars wondered into their backyard. They shot the Martian. They made Martian Fajitas. Is this an act of murder or hunting? 2. You need to make an important decision and you need advice. There are only two characters available to ask for advice and you can only ask one. A 11 year old attending Harvard or a 33 year old with an extensive and elaborate streetcar transfer ticket collection. Who do you ask? (If they say the 10 year old with no hesitation I shift the discussion to voting restrictions.) 3. Have you ever heard of Gnosticism? Some have referred to as Christianity before Christ. What do you think? (This one is fun for religious cities.)
