So back in March, Verizon Wireless was advertising free Galaxy S4 phones if you bring in your old smart phone for trade in. Brandon and I were both eligible for new phones but had been waiting. So went in that day and I explicitly asked more than once about my bill stressing that I did NOT want my bill to go up. In the end the guy told me it would increase $10 ($5 per phone) because the new insurance was improved so I said OK. First bill I got was $50 more than typical which I assumed was for Activation. 2nd bill was still $50 higher. I checked the bill and they have transferred us from contract to Edge which is where you buy the phone over 2 years at full price. OH HELL NO! No one ever mentioned Edge. I know what Edge is and would have NEVER agree to paying $550 per phone over the next 2 years ($25 a month per phone). Last a checked, FREE is FREE! Went in to figure out how this happened and get it fixed. They really didnt tell me anything and got a manager who said she would look into it and call be back. I never got a call...NOT HAPPY right now.
