So basically, the Asshole in Chief, better known as Obama just paid Iran 7 billion dollars, NOT to continue their Nuclear program.. Iran knows this president is weak and spineless.. As opposed to a President like like Reagan, who would have told Iran, stop your Nuclear program or you will be removed from the map! But Obama would never threaten his own Muslim people.. So he paid them, like the jellyfish that he is....
