So basically westminster has NOT given Scotland full control over income tax, OR welfare, but Osborne wants our Scottish MPs to have no say over the powers that are to be retained to westminster, even though these powers will still have massive effect on Scotlands budget and consequently our services. This is just the beginning of westminster using EVEL to silence our MPs, so that no matter how many we send, they will have no impact on UK-wide legislation. This is NOT what was set out in the Smith Commission report- already they are trying to undermine the already paltry powers set out in this charade of a document. Osborne says we should accept the consequences of our decision? (Presumably of having voted to say no to independence and remain better together- how is this better?) Well we will NOT accept this as, not only is it not what people want- but it is not what was promised. This is nothing like as close to home rule as you can get that was promised by Gordon Brown- the saviour of the Union, this is an insult and a crude attempt to neuter Scotlands political powers just as it seems likely that they will be in a position to secure more powers within the UK- which is precisely what the silent majority apparently voted no to facilitate. This is just the beginning- they will strip powers from Scotland with relish if we do not act democratically in May to stop this blatant abuse of position by these charlatans in London, Hell-bent on destroying the public services of the entire UK in order to line their own silk pockets. scotsman/news/politics/top-stories/osborne-hits-out-over-snp-balance-of-power-1-3666662
