So be it Grays Harbor or other economically depleted communities like Coos Bay ... what I have been proposing for now a decade is a network of workers cooperatives (owner stake enterprises) that would nurturer, foster, build a community network that would create resiliency in these communities. Where food, fiber and even non petroleum fuels could create dynamic communities where all members would have a place and enrich the whole.
