So been setting my alarm every 4 hours to stay on to top pain medication for my pain management. But in the middle of the night must have been that tried were I just turned my alarm off and didnt take my pain pills. Not a good way to wake up 2 1/2 hours later in severe pain(I feel like I have been hit by a train) now I cant get my pain level down. Hard to move or get out of bed. Just want to cry. Deep breathing and ice pack! I can do this!! #strenght
