So.......before I left Fresno to travel with Mike to do the install in the middle of nowhere.....29 Palms, my phone had been not charging, so I took it in and was told it was fixed and in great shape.Was all set for the road trip. Not looking forward to it, but was ok with doing it. As we were about done crossing the tehachipies the battery was getting low as I was using google maps....the problem was....the phone wouldnt charge at all.....ugh. So for the next hour or so I was obsessed with getting the fn thing to work. along the way I kinda gave up, not totally, but almost. We stopped in Barstow to eat and Mike now put in the destination his phone and off we went and off we went?...ya.....into the middle of nowhere......seriously.....nowhere.....the kind of 2 lane road that you expect to have an alien encounter on, or meet the hills have eyes people.....66 miles out of the way we went. After a very long 90 minutes or so... Finally we got here about 9 pm. Checked in and Thought one last try with the phone?,hey!.. it worked!, it was charging! back on track I thought. Over night the phone was at a complete charge.....a green light 100%, alright! I thought. Went to turn on the phone and it immediately dropped to 50%, not a good sign. Thought I would charge it on the job, all was ok. 47% at the end of the day. Left early to go take the piece of crap to the sprint store......2 hrs. plus we spent getting passes in a little room....just for working over the weekend and next week at their library, for them. After we had background checks weeks ago, mind you. One hand has no clue what the other has done or is doing here, red tape abounds like desert sand. Thats the Government at work..so finally...left to get to the srpint store....called them...they closed at 7pm? 20 minutes with 26 miles to go? where the hell am I? They cant touch my phone because it has a cracked screen? So here I sit on this old laptop .....and just incredibly pissed.....at incompetent people and stupid policies.....leaving during the day tomorrow to make the assbags repair or replace my phone or their gone............Im done with greedy non-serving conglomerates that dont give a rats ass.......so.....hows your Friday? lol Hey!? Its at 40%, I think Ill go call Sandy.....hearing her voice will make me feel better....only 7 days to go.....woohoo!
