So bought this commercial building today. Amazing location on the boulevard, parking, signage. 2,800 sq ft and 7 offices, upstairs and down. Still not sure if we will rent the entire thing or if I will start a photography studio and rent to other photogs, maybe both since there are two levels with separate entrances. If you are in So Cal or big cities, there are these things called basements, underneath the ground there is a whole other level.
