So, capping Day Sevens experience in Miami with Louie III Flores, was making biscotti after Mamis lovely chicken supper, with First Daughter, Christina...who had never made them before. As you know, its a multi-stage process, and not hard, just takes time. Now, she can see endless possible flavor and topping combinations, and really, her first batch, with toasted pecans and lots of vanilla, turned out very well. Well enjoy them with Mamis Cuban coffee in the morning...might even skip the bakery!
