So certain ppl & families on the outside saw the Kingship as being over weight as wealthy and they copied that without realizing, ok? The older generation may not comprehend or maybe they can do better but.. The point is our culture still thinks like that. When I had my kids I fed them organic and I fed the oatmeal not the rice flakes on the milk that will make a baby get really overweight. You want them to hold their appetite and not bug you so much. Add the oatmeal not the rice box. Im trying to help my kids do better. Thats why they pick at things as their hungry. Every damn hour now because they burn the calories as they go. Thats why skinny ppl seem to eat a lot. They dont have big meals and you know that. Thats why we wanted to know yalls diet plan. Is it drinks? Cus Im in.
