So completed my first week at the new job yesterday. Have to say I got a lot accomplished. Had the CEO call me as well as the Superintendent of the District call and tell me what a huge impact I am having and the positive feedback that they are getting on me. It was refreshing to hear and know that I am already making an impact. My boss told me it seemed like I had been there for a long time knowing what I know and what I have done. Amazing time and cant wait to go back. I have so much energy now days and am smiling so much more. Gotta love it, even took the family to Flagstaff today because I was in such a good mood. I would say this switch is paying off in huge dividends!
