So darlings, entirely in keeping with his (lack of) character, this craven, pusillanimous, self-serving sack of slime failed to keep his appointment with the Duchess, and phoned instead. The Duchess had to content herself with a verbal evisceration that uncurled the phone cord. Suffice to say that he reneged on a good faith undertaking made face to face with the Duchess, throwing his own staff under the bus, and then tried to deceive my staff. His defence...? Well, you know how things are...... He didnt get a chance to say anything after that, while the Duchess nailed his ears back. Now that hes slithered back into his nest, he can contemplate his next steps faced with a total service blackout from this company. And I kept my tiara on, darlings!
