Second strike ~ take it back to exchange only to be told its old stock, never meant to go with the original item, and they not only dont sell the compatible item but cant be effed asking one of their other shops to send one across. Seriously? Its not like I dont have plenty of choice of other retailers. Back I go for the third time tomorrow, get my money back and never darken their doorstep again.
