So disgusted right now. Just got the papers from the child support hearing... It says that I will not get any child support until I have paid back an overpayment of $2,146.21!!! Excuse me??? He was court ordered to pay $300 a month, when his work cut his hours and then HE cut it down to $50 a month (the least anyone can legally pay) He was just going to languish on unemployment until he got Social Security, and only tried 4 or 5 places, to get a job. They just changed the order to $50 a month, so how is there an overpayment!!! So tired of being screwed over!!! Calling Child Support services tomorow, but will have to stew over it all night!
