So, do you know what to do when it comes to taking charge of your patient experience? Start with some research. My friend took on that task for me after my last post. Turns out this surgeon has a 67% rating for patient satisfaction. I read 2 reviews - both said the same thing: inattentiveness, not knowing which patient he was talking to, slow to make decisions, late to appointments...Guess Ill be asking if we can consider another physician.
