So driving along Princes Town yesterday evening, in front of Scotia in Craignish going towards the Town, cars coming in and out the parking spaces, ,me being a good Samaritan, stopped to let one in and one out, when one idiot coming out behind me came into contact with the rear of my vehicle, I felt the impact and someone walking at the side of me pointed out that the man had hit my vehicle, ok, so came out, spoke to him, he insists we move the vehicles out of the way of oncoming traffic, me being the trusting one, did so, before I came out of my vehicle the same guy pointed out that look the man is driving away, I quickly noted the registration number, called the police, they put out an APB right away, came home went back to the P/Town Police to report the incident, well well, our police are really equipped with some good comupterised technology, was impressed, they punched in the vehicle registration number and got all the information, Oh well I guess the man had some previous run in with the law hence his information being stored in their system, within half and hour of getting back home after making the report, the man was held, he was drunk of course, so was charged for DUI, and maybe expired insurance, because they saw that the insurance expired sometime earlier this month, leaving the scene of an accident, failing to report an accident. Going back to the station this morning, stress for a lil fender bender.
