So earlier today as I was walking to the parking garage down in the Haymarket there was lady walking the same direction ahead of me. I noticed her demeanor changed after she looked behind and saw me. She started to walk faster, she reached in her purse and grabbed her keys and phone and kept nervously looking back at me. All this before we even got to the garage, and I could tell she was getting even more tense when we got in the garage. I guess for some reason she didnt think that our cars could be parked in the same place. So as we were exiting the garage she was in front of me again. After 3 minutes trying to pay her fee to get out, she gets out of her car with multiple credit cards in her hand frustrated. So I got out of my car to go help her pay smh. Im not scary, am I?
