So every Jan 1st is my fathers birthday. Today would have been his 81st. His passing on March 2nd, 2013 was a composite of warrior spirit conceding to the armada of abandonment for THE thrill of His hope, longing for those already passed, and the faith that Guardians would be with those he knew understood his passing. Looking back on this past year he would have been so proud, happy and delighted that His GRANDKIDS are finding their way. Aging now, I am so aware of mortality. Truly gifted dear ones are recently gone from me. Where do you gain strength and purpose without sharing with those that care without condemnation? That true healing is found, there is hope for the forgotten, that hidden scars can be redeemed. So to thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day. Are YOU not of more value than they? Matthew 6:26 So I miss my Dad, I celebrate this birthday he has with all those that have gone on before us. I will seek power, authenticity and purpose that did not exist before this new year.
