So every year around this time, I find it clumsy exchanging holiday wishes. In the politically correct world, I guess Happy Holidays is the thing to say. But why is it politically correct? Dont we embrace freedom of religion, tolerance of diverse cultures? Isnt it politically incorrect if we suppress that freedom to celebrate whatever flavor of religion you favor? And isnt what we call Christmas just a celebration of consumerism or just American tradition and culture - not religious at all? In that vein, let me heartily and boldly wish you all a Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, Kwazi Kwanza, or whatever you are celebrating!
