So everyone keeps asking me who my lawyer is for my felony cultivation charges. I tell them Im representing myself and people look at my like Im crazy. My original lawyer refused to argue nullification. Other lawyers wanted 10000 or more to argue that. My first public defender laughed at me when i said that illinois would legalize medical marijuana six months ago. She said that the plea bargian was only a month in jail and not that long My third public defender said it was unethical to argue nullification and totally laughed at me. ( because kidnapping me, striping me naked, sleeping on a cement floor with lights on all night because I grew my own medicine is ethical) My fourth defender said she wanted to punch me in the face because i said that the judge , the public defender, and the prosecutor all work and are paid for by the state of Illinois and that the Victim of the alleged crime is the state. She actually got her boss to come and tell me it was not wise to argue nullfication and that i should just use a public defender So am I really crazy or do I have no other options. The funny thing is half these people smoke pot. They are so inslaved to the system that they have been conditioned to not use reason and logic in forming decisions. Just do what your told.
