So excited that the new HIIT GYM WEST HAMPSTEAD is opening on 3rd NOVEMBER!!! It’s not a normal gym thank goodness it’s all amazing HIIT classes with a maximum of ten people per class, so it feels like you have a personal trainer kicking your ass every time!
