So far, I have cataloged 96 entities from my list of around 120 entities (mostly unions and a second sieving on all those tricksy union names remains to top off and complete the list) but this particular universe already accounts for over 30,000 political donations. After a few more minutes of fiddling, I will have query which displays the political contributions of each of these entities, per year, per candidate. Soon well be looking at how people go in and out of favor with their institutional donors. Money in politics. Ouch!
