So far the side effects from this chemo treatment have been minor. Got the metallic mouth taste, extra sensitive to cold in the mouth and throat and fingers are a little numb plus if I touch anything cold it feels like needles in my fingers. If this is all I have to bear so be it I can handle it. Drink hot tea or room temperature beverages, wear gloves to get things from the freezer or refrigerator and low and behold I found eating a couple kalamata olives gets rid of the metal taste in my mouth. Keep your fingers crossed I dont get worse effects in the morning.
