This is a local group for the Racine and surrounding areas. -The main purpose of this group is the sale of your unwanted building materials, appliances, general home improvement items, home theater electronics and patio deck items. -When you post, please give your location, describe your item, and give pricing info. This will help you to keep questions down and be more efficient for you. Good quality and up to date photos are expected with each item. - You may advertise your building related company for a maximum of 48 hours. The posting must come down after the 48 hours and there is a 30 day waiting period in between company advertisements. However, if a member is looking for a job to be done that is what your business does, you may post your company in that thread -Please no furniture, cars/trucks, clothing, animals & items for animals, or perishable type items. Exceptions are rec room items such as: pool tables, dart boards, bars, theater screens, speakers, etc. -Please be respectful of others. “Trolls” and people who degrade anyone will be banned permanently. If you see any questionable behavior, spam or anything you feel is “shady”, please tag Adam Foulk in the post. Our goal is to avoid the delays and hassle typical with sites like craigslist and ebay.
