So far today, the weather is going according to plan...as besides a shower or 2, most of the time has been dry. There is a lot of rain and several areas of thunderstorms back across the plains, though, so it is definitely going to turn wet. I am expecting a soaking rain between 7pm tonight and 11am Friday...probably 1-2 in most areas. As for severe weather, I still believe it is unlikely, but not completely out of the question. The lack of sunshine and heat is helping us, and with the sun setting sooner than during the summer, any storms should be weakening as they come our way. More than likely we will just get a line or two of showers and thunderstorms this evening (best chance 8pm to 11pm) with heavy downpours, but no severe weather. Ill be watching, just in case...
