So far, we have established that Joyce Banda was named as the key witness to former Attorney General, Ralph Kasambara SC in a case that he is suspected to have played a role in the shooting of former Budget Director, Paul Mphwiyo which happened during the Joyce Banda’s tenure. Not only that but also the former President was named by cash gate key suspect, Osward Lutepo, as the primary beneficiary of the plundering of public resources commonly known as cash gate, which happened in her rule and over MK23 billion was lost in less than five months under her watch.
