So farnee. I put up my aprentice programme, got a guy interested then say would like to EXPLORE OPPORTUNITY. Then I give him details and written clearly NO PAY la until I find him good to handle my event. Then yesterday I give him a detail of a shoot. Then he ask payment? I told him already written clearly previously ma. Then he say I DONT SHOOT FOR FREE I truly understand you wanting to be a true professional that you dont shoot for free. But you also must understand I dont simply simply give my never ending jobs away to any tom-dick-photographer that think they r professional. I have experience SHIT before thats why I started with the aprenticeship programme. Thats why i say in the beginning, I AM LOOKING FOR APRENTICE,... not a photographer to shoot my event. My client very few only. Less than 20 only I think. But each client give me at least 50 jobs per year and they have been with me since 5 years ago and I take care of them bloody well. So if I roughly calculate la cheap cheap RM300 per job la x 50 x 5 years = RM75000 of trust and credibility. And I send you go shoot, you screw up my client dulan me, dont want to find me anymore. You only rugi RM300 but I rugi RM75000 but its your salah ma.... so ARE YOU GONNA PAY ME THAT RM75000? That money can pay for my downpayment for a Lotus Elise u noe? STUPID.
