So fed up with AT&T Uverses slow internet speeds and jacked up prices, I decided to switch back to Xfinity to save some money for a while (until Xfinity jacks up the prices)...I know from past history that Comcast customer service really bites, but I figured since Im wanting to do business with them (as opposed to wanting something fixed), that they might be a bit better to work with. As it turns out, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, then came back to say they would have to call me back when their internet is back up and running. WHAT?! How can I trust a company to keep MY internet up if they cant get their own stuff together?! *sigh* Seriously - its the monopolistic nature of this industry that makes is so awful. Competition is a good thing.
