So firstly a massive CONGRATULATIONS to Sophie and James Griffiths - TopicsExpress

So firstly a massive CONGRATULATIONS to Sophie and James Griffiths on the birth of baby Max earlier this week!! Now that a new generation of Wild Training is emerging I thought it was apt to share a testimonial from one of my clients, Nicky. She came to me when her baby was 6 months old with severe separation of her abdominals and a hunched posture from pregnancy and breastfeeding. In the last 10 weeks we have focused on closing her abdominals using diaphragmatic breathing and suspension trainer then strengthening and stretching her lats, stretching her chest and overall improving her strength, fitness and posture with kettlebells and boxing. Her abdominals are now fully closed...YES!!! and her posture is vastly improved. This is what she has to say about it..pictures to follow: I have hated any form of exercise all my life (not an exaggeration!). But, after having my little girl at the end of last year, I was finding it difficult to shift the pregnancy weight. Reluctantly I called Claudia. My husband had already been raving about her classes but I didnt feel ready for public displays so signed up for personal training instead. A Mum herself, Claudia completely understood my predicament and was also really understanding and knowledgeable about the abdominal separation Id experienced during pregnancy. She took on board all my concerns and my hatred of exercise and devised a series of fun (yes fun) and varied workouts. I began to see results within a couple of weeks; not just the inches being lost on my body but also more energy and that mythical buzz that people have always talked about. I found myself signing up for an extra session a week and am about to tackle a class on Saturday...whatever spell she has cast - its working!
