So folks first I have to say only I, the less than one-percenter would need emergency surgery after a routine colonoscopy. I found out today have diverticulosis which in itself is not a serious problem but appears that as a result of the condition and my procedure today I got a perforation. I was wheeled back in to get it fixed and am now in the hospital for a couple of days. No Jiu Jitsu or yoga for at least 4 weeks. But I am grateful for life. This could have played out horribly like me going home after the colonoscopy with a hole in my colon. Love to all of my fb friends. Staying positive!!!!!
