So for all who inquired.. Looking to buy a house? I have a 4-5 bedroom (2 full bath, living, dining, kitchen and mudroom/laundry room)home for sale in North Berwick. It appraised at 172k 2 years ago and I have since put in a brick patio and a fire pit area in the back and done a few things inside the home. Asking price when it was for sale 2 years ago was 155,000.00. I have now reduced it to 140,000 but cannot go any lower than that. It has a full very large basement with potential of adding bedrooms or a family room. It has hardwood floors, central air, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove included, 2 man jacuzzi bathtub in master bathroom, everything in the home is 5 years or newer. Enclosed front porch, inground heated pool, 12x20 shed, great neighborhood. Driveway in back, I also have approx 20 gallons of paint in the basement that I will be leaving as the one bedroom could use paint. Rent to own is NOT an option.
