So for breakfast I had pumpkin protein pie. I mad this Saturday night. Simply a couple cups of fresh cooked pumpkin with two scoops of vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and Splenda. I best 4 egg whites till stuff and folded it together. Its not bad. Itd be better of course with some whipped cream! Great Fiber and protein to start my day. What did you feed your body this morning?? If you havent eaten anything, why not?
