So for those of you who dont know me very well - you might not know this - but I like to see people who I know and friends of mine succeed in life. So if you save $1875 with say Sunmark FCU for example they will match you $7500 for free - to put down as a down payment on your home when you buy it. So you can actually combine these two programs when you buy a house in Troy. $7500 for free from a bank and $20,000 FREE Grant. So if you are thinking to yourself right now - Oh man...I want to buy a house but first I have to save up some money and build up my credit - you come talk to me and I put you in touch with the right people at TRIP and CEO and we all work directly with you to build up your credit, teach you how to save money, and get you enrolled in these programs so that you can own a house within a year.
