So for those of you who know Ive suffered with chronic pain & range of motion issues for years. Today for the first time I showered and was able to lift my arm up to wash my hair without the usual feeling of someone pushing my arm down when I lift it up, and without pain. I dont want to do too much yet as I dont want to over do it, but if this is a sign of whats to come, no pain and increased range of motion again then the near death experience and inability to breathe as just some of the side effects I experienced over the weekend have been worth it. Thank you to everyone supporting me through this time. To my main man, Steve Howard life has never looked so good. To my inlaws, Gayle Howard and Larry Howard thank you for being a constant support network for Stephen and I both. To my best friend Bec, life is always that much better with you by my side. Kimberley Gallaher- thank you for never failing to be that ear I need. Sam Press- for stepping up when you knew I need it. Sam Robinson- for checking in on me. Maria Savage- for lifting my spirits when they were down, Ill never be able to thank you enough. Sara Jane- my partner in crime, reminding me of whats to come, thank you! Jen Grabkowski for being my friend that just knows when I need her. To Emma Brooks for giving me hope during my darkest times. Trish Veug and Dave Oulton thank you for working with me and keeping faith in me. Jacqui Binz- for checking in even when life is crazy your end! Kimberley Watson for understanding how life feels with pain. Sarah Deer for always being someone I can count on! Kylie Cowley for never failing to put a smile on my face. Ashlen Rollauer- for always being so sweet thinking of me. To Kayla Pollard for being A friend during times of need! To Stephanie Metz- for taking time out to chat with me, it means more than you know.. And anyone else thats supported me, thank you- life has just started again for me. xx
