So, for those of you who know me even just a tiny bit, you know that my relationship with my father is not the greatest and hasnt been for a long time. It is with that in mind that I attended my fathers family Christmas yesterday expecting the worse case scenario. Instead, I walked up the driveway and was greeted with a hug and an Ive missed you instead of the awkward tense silence on the verge explosion I was expecting. I dont get to say this often, but I honestly had a great time...with my dad. If you know me, you know that statement is nothing short of a miracle. Thank you for inviting me dad and Julie. And thank you for the Yankees jersey and bracelet. I love them both. Love you guys
