So, for tonights topic: Burger King, and why its still so unbelievably mismanaged. Went there for the first time tonight - ready for the list of things wrong with this place? 1. Out of chicken fries 2. Out of onion rings 3. Out of apple slices 4. Got charged $39 for two meals, a kids meal and a sandwich AND had to question why it was so high before anyone noticed that the computer likes to add food to the orders. (Which is the statement that I got from the woman taking our order) 5. Finally got a better price $28 and change.... 6. Got food, cold burgers!! Really, I WAIT for my food to be COLD?? 7. Figure out, while eating, that our bill was still odd - they double charged us for upgrading our meals to a medium and a large. What shouldve been $.50 for med and $.90 for large, was instead $1.20 for med and $1.80 for a large!! Yes! I went back and told them- turns out, she was hitting something twice so we got charged twice for upgrades... How many other people has this happened to since she started there weeks ago, as apparently thats what she was taught to do formerly..... I know its trivial for the extra $1.50 that I paid, but it was more about the fact that there was a lack of training that lead to this- and how many other people had this happen that didnt check their receipts!! That is it- my rant is over........ Your turn...... Go! ;-)
