So glad for more public dissent on the nonsense domination of the SNP and the 45ers, and the bizarre lack of self reflection, analysis, and cynicism in RIC. The Yes movement of the summer has become the proverbial zombie, and yes, it is eating the brains of far too many of us. there is a conviction ... among fundamenalist Yessers that “the 45″ possess a privileged understanding of the direction of history, and that independence is inevitable. Therefore, people who voted against independence are barriers to progress. This is the classic false consciousness trope – those people were wrong and don’t understand what’s good for them.
