So, going to start posting some information on here that I find has been useful in both my training and that of my clients. Hopefully these sources will help you optimise your training, diet and lifestyle for better results. First up today is something simple and already popular; Kelly Starretts Mobility Wod. Most people within the CrossFit community are already utilising techniques popularised by Kelly (even if they dont know it) to improve their mobility and stability, if youre not - get on it! The site is packed full of info, his YouTube channel features a daily Mobiliy WOD that attacks common mobility issues and if youre willing the splash out, his book Supple Leopard is well worth it. Remember; if you cant get into a position, you cant be strong in it.
