So good to be back in Colorado and start my Olympia prep here at Armbrust Pro Gym, surrounded by my friends, in a familiar iron-oriented environment. After all those rumors last year that there will be no more Ms O this year, receiving the official confirmation from IFBB that Ms O portion will still take place thought my O contract, was an opportunity I have welcomed, embraced and identified with as my 2014 ultimate goal. Getting down the diet tunnel in 2 weeks and I am so excited and grateful for this chance I have to bring all my genetical gifts and hard work to fruition on September 19th, in Vegas.
