So grateful I have built my Avon business up the way I have right now. On Tuesday, I will go in for surgery. 1) My sales will continue because I have staffed my LABCs with employees so I can focus on marketing and growing my biz. 2) My online sales will continue because I have scheduled blog posts and social media posts to go out while Im recovering. I also have a college student that helps me with my online marketing and leadership projects so she will be working when Im not. 3) My downline will keep growing because I have scheduled automated recruiting blog posts and social media posts. 4) My leadership team will keep building because I have some motivated team members that I know are going to move in title soon. Keep in mind...this did not happen overnight for me. Only add on helpers when you can afford it. We all grow at different paces and have different personal situations. Be patient and keep improving upon yourself! Anyone can build a big business but it takes time and hard work.
