So grateful this morning for His mercy being new every morning.. Sometimes I felt like I exhausted His mercy and I struggled with not being perfect instead of resting in the Perfect One, Holy Spirit showed me this morning that in me the desire for perfection was pride and a desire for self reliance and wanting to depend on no one and no thing.. Has He not proven His faithfulness and His steadfast Love? Has He not proven that there is nothing I did to make Him Love me and nothing I can do to make Him stop? These Truths I knew but they had to reach here, this place of pain and fear and anger.. My past and my present has proven time and again that resting in Him is my only strength.. Ask Him to remove anything that is hindering the relationship you two have, expect mountains to fall and watch Him work as His love conquers old mindsets and changes you from the inside out
