So great to hear that many of you are enjoying your first detox meals. I cant wait to hear what your favorites are:) Healthy food can taste great too right! For those of you that struggled with hunger today, here are a few things to think about... Make sure your meal replacement shakes include the fiber and a healthy fat. Using almond/coconut milk instead of water will help keep you full longer as well as adding those handfuls of spinach or kale. Drink lots of water! Dont skip the fizz sticks or the detox teas. This all works together to keep your blood sugar balanced and keep you full. Snack if you need to, just do it in moderation and eat snacks that are filling and will sustain you...nuts, seeds, almond butter. The first few days are definitely the hardest! Stick with it though and by weeks end, hopefully your body will have adjusted to all this healthy food:) Now go cross off the days on your calendar...you are worth it!!
