So guys I received feedback from the South African Embassy regarding the Braai (BBQ) See below: _____________________________________________________ Regarding the Embassy Braai, we have a bit of a constraint this year because the Official Residence will be under renovation for about 2 months as from 12 August 2013. It will therefore not be possible to host the event there, as in previous years. We are in the process of trying to find an alternative venue. Perhaps the South African group Facebook could assist by proposing suitable venues? I am sure members of the group have insights and knowledge about such venues that we do not have at the Embassy. We will, of course, communicate with all South Africans known to us once the date and venue for the event are determined. For me personally it will also be a great opportunity to meet the South African community since I only arrived in Prague in February this year.
