So happy! My rotator cuff injury is finally not hurting when doing pull ups! Injuries suck, but taking the time to heal and rest is key to recovery. Back to the grind, LOVE my pullups! tip: if you cant go all the way down and up, you can use the assisted pull up machine to practice, or you can attach a band to help you up.
