So happy my left arm finally after 10 months of giving up is making its job and doesnt let me down! Still feeling a bit of pain but is very minor and lets me lift! Hope soon Ill improve this little injury totally and will hit bigger numbers! So far thats the one 100kg C&J and Im so happy of it! Now its a time to work on technique especially with jerk as there is much more left for a heavier lifts! Mike causer! Youve asked yesterday if I can clean 100kg can I jerk it!? :-) I know that wasnt best idea to do C&J at the same day as we did snatch but I had to do this for you man! :-) Lets hit more numbers ! I know you can help with up mate!
