So happy to be a small part of The ASEA Family. ASEA – the greatest health and wellness breakthrough of our generation. Well, life is going on...pretty fast if you can keep up with just a fraction of what is happening on facebook. I thought I would take just a minute out of my day for reflection. My last post was before Nelson Mandela died, a great man who stood for something worthy of full consideration. I am grateful for such men and women. I am grateful for the good friends I have had he opportunity to know so far, there is little more that we have in life that gives us more joy than our relationships and our appreciation of others. I need to take time once in a while to keep in touch of facebook and write in my blog. Thanks for your kind comments on my recent blogposts drgarysamuelson. It is the time for all good men...so here we go!
