So happy to be introducing our new boys; Arthur, Barney and Pebbles - and say their brother Wilf is safe too! On Thursday, I was told by a supporter about 4 lurcher pups advertised for free. I asked other rescues if they could help and had 2 offers of foster for them myself. A fab team worked together to get them and Friday 3 were saved by a lovely lady who drove 4hours for them - but sadly she wasnt able to take the 4th as he was already spoken for :( ...then yesterday one of the women involved got a message saying she could have the 4th! So another lovely lady made the journey all the way back for the last pup and ALL 4 pups are now safe in rescue; these 3 with GRSY (1of the fosterers took 2) and their brother Wilf is in foster with another rescue. So happy all 4 are safe. Our 3 had an overnight stay Fri-Sat and then a really long journey to foster yesterday but all are safe and well. Their rescue is the result of so many people working together to get them safe, hold overnight, help with and help organising transport and of course the fosterers! Massive massive thanks to everyone involved! These boys could have so easily fallen into the wrong hands. They can now settle in foster and get the care they need till they are found loving homes.
