So happy with myself for reaching my first goal weight, and in a healthy way. For the past couple weeks, my diet has consisted of water, seasoned steamed chicken with no butter or oils, lots of veggies, multi grain bread once a day or every other day, chicken noodle soup, no red meat, no rice and noodles, lots of herbs& spices, peanut butter, and fruit. Ive lost close to 10 pounds in a couple weeks. Once I changed my diet, I stopped wanting carbs in excess. So I have reach my 150s goal. My final goal is ~120. I think around Christmas time I was around 170, and the most uncomfortable Ive been in my own skin in a very long time (thats my own personal issue).. I tried a gym membership, diet pills, and fad diets, and finally just a healthy lifestyle. Hate to be so cheesy about it, but it is a big accomplishment for me, as I was around 110 pounds before I became pregnant, and gained 30-40 pounds after I had Julian. Im just a happier person when I can fit into my clothes and love what I see in the mirror, that sort of thing. Oh yeah, it feels great to have my defined jawline back. I missed it while it was hidden. ; O
