So, has anyone else experienced a decline of food/service at Palmieris lately? We went a while back & had the most scatter brained server ever. Got order wrong, forgot stuff. Needed to be reminded of what we asked for.... Including utensils :/ last night I called an order in.... Cheese pie, Italian salad & garlic knots with marinara. I knew right away that the woman taking my order was the same dipshit we encountered there before. So I made sure she got my order correct. My brother Jeff Salce went & got the order. He got to my house, no salad... no marinara. So I called to let them know this. She proceeded to tell me that she gave my brother a salad...& insinuated that he ate it on the ride to my house with it?!! Seriously? I then replied with my usual charm how ridiculous she sounds by suggesting my brother ate a salad... while driving!! That where was the marinara then? Ugh, her response was were you charged for it? & I wasnt so she saw no issue with the mistake & lack of accurate or decent customer service. The moral of this story...Go to school boys & girls... Or end up being a dipshit with no skills. Hashtag done with Palmieris hashtag done with stupid people hashtag hashtags are stupid hashtag.
