So, he films their illegal parking. For that they decide to arrest him and he values his life high enough to play along, very peacefully. His dog does what a dog should do when his pal is assaulted. They get shit scared and just shoot the dog! Warning about the video, it takes a while for the dog to die and his master is handcuffed and held by two cops unable to do anything but just watch his dog spasming. My tummy revolts and my heart aches! These are the people assigned to uphold the rules, but, like their friends who pull the same rules out of their asses, they are not bound by them themselves. Too many people call this a civilized system. Its nothing of the sort. Its brutal, barbaric and evil.
